Everything here is one person’s experience of using beauty and skincare products. I am not a dermatologist, pharmacist, doctor or any other kind of medical professional, and nothing on this site is medical advice or a substitute for it.

Skin is individual. A product that suited me may irritate you. Always patch test, always read the manufacturer’s instructions and ingredient list, and speak to a GP or pharmacist about any skin condition, allergy, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Reviews and recommendations

Reviews reflect my genuine opinion at the time of writing, based on actually using the product. Formulations change, brands reformulate without announcement, and prices move. I cannot guarantee that what I received is identical to what you will receive.

Where a product on this site has not been tested by me, it is clearly labelled as untested and carries no recommendation. See how I test.

Affiliate links and discount codes

Some links are affiliate links, meaning I may earn a commission if you buy through them at no extra cost to you. Commission never affects a verdict or a ranking.

Discount codes are offered by the retailer, not by me. I check them and remove ones that stop working, but I cannot control a brand withdrawing or changing an offer, and I am not responsible if a code fails at checkout. Any purchase you make is a contract between you and that retailer, and their terms, returns policy and consumer rights apply, not mine.
